FawcettHome: Top Navigation with flyouts, Large space for custom welcome pics and message, 3 boxes on bottom for highlighting key aspects of the website.

Fawcett: Logo area/Header is customizable above the Top Navigation with flyouts, Left side navigation with 2 Levels (unlimited # of main menu titles with corresponding link groups).

** The "sister" site of the Northwest theme, differences are the style sheet in two separate files for Fawcett and just one for Northwest. However, the navigation files to manage are just one for Fawcett and two for Northwest.
